23rd March 2006 - I've gone blonde and the Myspace weirdos are getting worried

Well hello!

Firstly I notice that the link I put on the last blog for the scary person on Myspace pretending to be me has now gone! 1 down, 23 to go! Yes folks, there were 24 people with their own pages, all pretending to be me on there! Scary stuff.

What I still don't understand is; why would you want to pretend to be someone else? These people have gone as far as to answer fanmail pretending to be me! Never mind. I'm working my way through the lot of them. They'll all be gone soon and I'm leaving in exactly 1 hour and ten minutes to meet with my lawyers.

Not last night, the night before; me and Lauren went to my mate Alex's hairdressing shop. I persuaded Lauren to have the back of her hair dyed red, Alex dyed my back to blonde and, wait for it, I dyed Alex's hair red!!! We basically played at being hairdressers! It was so mush fun. I actually had the gloves on and the little pot of colour and was painting it onto Alex's head with a brush! I even swept the floor afterwards! Comedy. ALex owns the shop and since we didn't get there til 6pm, we had it all to ourselves. We had the TV on really loud and loads of food and drink. Alex took all my extensions out as well (underneath I had the thinnnest, wet feather hair in the world). I nearly had a heart attack when I saw my own hair. In three years, it's only the second time I've had them all taken out! For a second, I did consider having a funky short haircut, but only for a second. The next day (which was yesterday) I had a whole new head of extensions done in blonde. Lovely.

After I had my hair done, I went to Southend for a "Meet the Author" evening at the Library. It turned out to be lots of fun and I met some amazing people. Two girls, called Dominique and Danielle had made me a massive banner. It was covered in pictures of me and had letters attached to the back. Also, a girl called Laura hda drawn and painted a load of pictures of me. She let me keep one and I signed the rest. They were fab! Steve came with me and we had a really nice time. I was sitting on a big sofa up the front and a lady interviewed me in front of everyone on a microphone. It was basically like the Frank Skinner show, only in a library. Afterwards I signed copies of my book and chatted to everyone. We finally left there quite late and after the driver had dropped us back at mine, drove into Brentwood to get dinner. We then came back to mine and both of us fell asleep on the sofa. I woke up an hour later and put Steve to bed, before going to bed myself.

Today is a beautiful sunny day. Paddy is sunbathing in a strip of sun coming in through my back door and I am feeling very happy.

My dad is coming with me to the meetings so he'll be here soon. My brother and Russ are coming to mine to let the cleaners in.

It's been a week since I've seen Kyle and already I'm having withdrawal symptoms. He's just sent me a message asking me to call him. That means he's stuck in some boring meeting and wants an excuse to get out of it. I'll ring as soon as I finish this. I think I've finished.....

Haha. Haven't got anything else to say other than I'm very excited about the update to my autobiography and life is good.

Have a great day and I'll write again soon

xxxxx
