I'm STILL looking for a hubby! Come on you boys - stop being wet! Ooooh, i'm all over the TV at the moment and I've nearly killed someone (but not for the reason you might think).....


Oh my goodness I HATE myself for not having written for so long. The problem is that I've got a film crew from MTV with me 24/7, I'm less than 3 months away from my wedding, I still don't have a boyfriend LET ALONE husband-to-be, I haven't got a dress or flowers or photographer sorted and to top it all off I've given up smoking!!! Hell yeah folks, the Marsh is smoke-free!!! After fifteen years of 40 a day, I am completely off the cancer sticks!!! Well done me.............

Ok, on the plus side I HAVE booked Ocean Colour Scene to play at the wedding, Leigh Francis (aka Avid Merrion from Bo Selecta) is going to be the Master of ceremonies at the wedding (dressed as Keith Lemon) and today I got given thirty, yes thirty, free hats from an amazing hat designer!!!!!

Since I last wrote I have been on loads more dates (including one with a very nice footballer - God, never thought I'd ever say those words in the same sentence "nice" and "footballer"!!! ha ha). I have enlisted the help of Chesney Hawkes to find me a bloke (he knows lots of entrepreneur types - apparently a match-maker told me the other day that I NEED an entrepreneur - blokes with normal jobs will just always be too intimidated by me - NOT my words - I still want a handsome builder!!!!) and my mates are rallying round setting me up on blind dates! I've explored (or am about to explore) every single way of meeting men (on their own and in large groups) and I have called up lots of my ex's to find out just where I went wrong in past relationships. It's been emotional.......................

To be honest, it is 10.30pm and I have only just sat down for the day (after a very long day at work). The last thing I want to do is write a really long blog so I'm not going to twitter on. I do however want to tell you that this Friday at 8pm on ITV is the Tonight with Trevor Macdonald show which follows my journey in giving up smoking. If there's anyone out there who wants to give up (I wanted to give up before the ban) or who has just given up and needs inspiration then have a watch. It's me and a girl called Lucy who plays one of the Dingles in Emmerdale. If you don't care about smoking or about the ban then just watch it anyway to see me totally lose my marbles!!!!! I got asked by a journalist today if I had found it easy giving up and I replied "I've run someone over in my truck (on purpose), I've stabbed someone, my parents have disowned me, my brother has left the country (I'm not joking - he's in Italy) and one of the guys who had been potential husband material walked away this week telling me he never wants to see me again - other than that I'm OVER THE MOON that I've given up and my life is F*CKING GREAT!!!!!!!"

Ooooh also on the plus side MTV have started showing the adverts for my show "Totally Jodie Marsh" and they look great!!! I find that every time I'm at home I have MTV playing on all my TV's in the hope of seeing one of the ads (there's about 8 different ones). Loving that - never thought I'd see the day that one of the biggest and best channels EVER plasters my name across it's screen (and to advertise my own show no less!) Am absolutely loving every second of it!!!!!

So, I'm going to go now - bed and a dvd beckons. The website www.marryjodiemarsh.com is still up and running so if there are any men out there who think they've got what it takes to become Mr Jodie Marsh then get on it and send me a pic!!! I've got my new P.A Stevie checking the applications every day and then passing on to me anyone who looks half-decent! I've got about 6 dates left to go on this week and I'm free all next week (and open to offers)! Get applying boys if you think you're man enough!!!!

Don't forget to watch Tonight with Trevor Macdonald this Friday night at 8pm on ITV and keep an eye out for my MTV ads cos they're wicked!!!!!!!
