Oh I've got a headache! Ended up having the day off today as well as yesterday cos one of the people on the show had a funeral to go to so we all got given the day off. I decided today that I would go to Lakeside and try and do some Christmas shopping. I also needed to get a new Christmas tree and decorations (my one, which was beautiful, got left at my old house which has been derelict for a year or more and the mice have got in and eaten it!). The first shop I went in I saw a pure white Christmas tree with all black decorations on it! Considering my main living room is black and white I thought it would be PERFECT! Unfortunately (and downright bloody annoyingly) the shop wasn't selling the actual trees; only the decorations. I bought them all anyway thinking that I MUST be able to find a white tree elsewhere! The decorations are the nuts! When I do eventually find a white tree, I am going to have the trendiest and most beautiful tree in the world (not ONE sodding shop in the whole of Lakeside had a white tree - well, apart from Woolworths but it had green glitter strands running all the way through it and I just want PLAIN white!).
Aside from the cool decorations, I also bought oven gloves (army camo ones! Very trendy - needed a new pair as the old pair no longer protect your hands from the oven as I found out the other day when I got burnt!), I bought a few Christmas pressies for some of my mates and I bought some more smart clothes for the TV show I'm dong at the moment (they want smart, no-make up Jodie!). I also bought a box of Krispy Kreme doughnuts to take to my mums later (Jord is cooking dinner for all of us). I bought outside lights for my house (Christmas ones to cover the whole front of the house with - dad's got a big job doing that at the weekend!) and I bought some other little bits and pieces too. I am now knackered and waiting for Dave to get here so that we can go and eat. Lauren has popped in on her way home from school and she is sitting behind me reading magazines. Paddy and Lyla are fast asleep snuggled up in the cushions on the sofa. They are so cute!
Am still loving the old Myspace (www.myspace.com/youwishiwasyourbird for anyone who hasn't yet found me!) although now my brain ache is getting bigger every time I go on it. I feel like every single person deserves a reply but I just don't have the time to do it and I don't want other things (like the blog) to suffer because of it. I've just put a load of new pics up on it tonight too so check it out anyway!

So - I've just got back from my mum and dad's - had a very nice dinner and the doughnuts for desert. Yum! My mum was writing her Christmas list of stuff she wants and on it so far is "foam wash" from M&S (£1) - can you believe? Yeah "happy Christmas mum! Here's your foam wash I bought for a pound!" she's having a laugh isn't she?! Good job I've already bought her a few little treats anyway! I love Christmas!!! You probably remember how excited me and all the gang were last year around Christmas time. As Kyle said on a blog at some point "we're like excited imps!" I can't get enough of all the shopping & lights & decorations & Christmas songs! But then again I am a Christmas baby! Born on the 23rd but meant to be born on Christmas day!!!!
Ooooooh - nearly forgot to tell you as well, in between writing this blog I have been online and found and ordered a white Christmas tree!!! Yippee! It's being delivered on Thursday I think! Thank goodness for that!
Anyway, me and David are off to have a cuddle on the sofa now as we haven't seen each other all day! Ha ha. Might even watch a film in bed! Loads of love to all of you! Hope you're having a great week!
