Well it's Dave here writing my first blog because Jodie's making me. Me, Jodie, Lauren and Kyle have just finished watching some chick-flick called "The Perfect Man" (not my choice) which was ok but a bit predictable. Rusty, Jordan and Tony Trumpet have popped into Brentwood for a few drinks as a pre-game for Jordan's birthday celebrations this weekend.
Today I've been at work whilst Jodie and Kyle bummed around the house. After work I went to the doctors and then shot straight round to Jodie's new house where the mammoth task of sorting her DVD's had begun. Franco the handyman had finally finished his work around the house most notably the DVD shelves. I turned up this afternoon and all 1000 DVD's were on the front room floor and we had to sort them into genre order (horror/action/comedy etc). This took a good few hours and we all took shifts in helping as it was Jodie who had the final say on which film went in which category.
Then I popped home for some dinner and to get changed and came back to watch the film. Being Pancake Day Jodie made pancakes for me, Steven, Tony Trumpet, Kyle and Lauren. Even though they were pre-made they were still good. Jodie's currently sitting down writing out all the words to the Eminem song "When I'm Gone" and Lauren has just left to drop Kyle at the station as his long weekend at Jodie's has finally ended and he has to go to work tomorrow. And finally, for the first time in a week there's no one else around so we're going to go and watch another film and spend some quality time together. Thus to say everything Jodie's been writing over the last couple of weeks is true and I'm extremely happy. She really is amazing and I'm just so glad things are going so well. I'm going to sign off for the night and just hope that Rusty, Jordan and Tony Trumpet don't turn up pissed any time soon. Good night...
